Manage View Indicates Two Different Manager Sin The Portrait Gallery (Doc ID 1607961.1)

An employee has two managers assigned, a line manager and resource manager. The resource manager is listed as 'Manager' in the employee's Contact Information.

The 'Manager' Contact Point should be the employee's Line Manager assuming one has been assigned.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new work assignment for existing employee.
2. Assign two managers: a line manager and resource manager
3. Submit and, if necessary, approve the assignment.
4. Confirm both manager's appear in the employee's portrait card under the 'Employment' tab.
5. Confirm the resource manager, not the line manager, is the one listed as 'Manager' in the the Contact Information.
