History Tree Error On Termination (Doc ID 1609184.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle

Users receive History Tree Error when terminating a work relationship.  Terminations are set to auto approve and this happens for all users, all managers, all employees.

Due to this issue, users cannot terminate employees.

Error

Screen error:

" Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in evaluating routing slip. Check the underlying exception and correct the error in the routing slip. "

Log error:

"[APP: soa-infra] <.> Error in evaluating routing slip.[[

Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in to Fusion Applications as HR Specialist.
2. Navigator > Person Management.
3. Query a person and select.
4. Click on Manage Work Relationships.
5. Click on Actions > Terminate
6. Enter information.
7. Click Review.
