Symptoms
When attempting to enter address on create Hire train the following error occurs:
State, county, or city components of the address are missing. Verify the setup of the home and work address. (HRX-1560219)
The regional component creation could not be completed. A valid address was not entered.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > New Person > Hire an Employee
2. Enter Basic Details > Next
3. Enter address
