During the application implementation, Geography structure and hierarchy for country US have been defined. Hierarchy has been defined using data import, and the requirement is to configure territories based on zip code.
While trying to configure the territory the zip codes are showing duplicates in the system.
There should not be duplicate postal codes in Manage Geography Hierarchy or when configuring territories.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to FSM task Manage Geographies
2. Search on code US
3. Click on United States to open Manage Geography Hierarchy
4. Search on various CA postal codes like 90001, 90004, 90005, etc.
5. Duplicate postal codes will appear
