Invite People From People Connection Search Does Not Return Existing Users (Doc ID 1613625.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, HCM Common, People Connection Search

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer has a CRM installation and no HCM deployments.
When attempting to Invite people, People Connection Search is not returning existing users.

Even though the person can be searched in Manage User screen and returned, they do not show up to Invite as a Connection.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect existing users to be available to add as Connections.


STEPS
-----------------------
1) Login to Fusion Apps as Employee
2) Go to Homepage > People Connection > Invite/Manage Connections > Find and Invite People.
3) In the Person Gallery, search for and existing user
No hits will be returned.

4) Navigator > Manage users
5) Search for the same person as in step 3.
The user is returned here.
