Symptoms

Password Reset Notifications are not being sent when running the - Send User Name and Password E-mail Notifications - ESS process

Have run the - Send User Name and Password E-mail Notifications - process, as we need to reset passwords for specific users. We have set the attribute - Send User Name and Password - to no at Enterprise level as we do not want to send passwords when the user is created. The passwords should only be sent when the ESS process is run.

Steps executed to disable password send when creating a user:

1. Login to fusion application as an application administrator
2. Click Navigator -> Tools: Setup and Maintenance
3. Search for task Manage Enterprise HCM Information
4. Click Go to Task
5. Search and select the enterprise, click the Edit button, and select Update.
  set the Send User Name and Password option to No
