Goal

In Fusion HCM Release 7, the contract detail information (such as Contract Type, Projected End Date, Contract Extension) can only be enabled and inputted if the legal entity is set as “2 Tier Employment – Single Assignment with Contract”. However, the customer has a real business need to track the contract information even if the employee has multiple assignment records. The customer is a multinational company so it is very common that single employee have multiple roles (head up 2 positions in the organization). the customer will also adopt the HR-2-HR approach to co-exist with their PeopleSoft HCM instances.


Need to have the standard contract data field for the employee having multiple assignments.
