Symptoms

Cost Account Details unavailable within the Element Eligibility Costing Information

After the creation of the General Ledger Accounting Flexfield, Global Payroll Cost Allocation Flexfield, and the Global Human Resources People Group Flexfield, the costing structure is unavailable when trying to link at the element link levels to generate the costing key.

No Costing Segments are appearing on the Element definition screens.
