Absence Accrual Elements not Getting Automatically Allotted to Employees (Doc ID 1616372.1)

Goal

The Absence accrual elements are not getting automatically allotted to the new hire even though the Element has the Automatic Entry selection.

Since the Automatic Entry has been selected, expect each person to be assigned the element when they are hired.

There are mandatory input values defined on the element and no default value has been defined.  When the system tries to automatically assign the element but finds no value for the mandatory input value, it fails.
