Fusion Payroll: FLSA Overtime Premium Element is Not Calculating in the Payroll Run

Standard Premium element not returning any values when the QuickPay process is completed.
This element is not processed by the QuickPay and has no run results.
The Overtime element is working fine and being processed and returns correct value.
The Job assigned to the employee was not set up with the FLSA Code = Non-Exempt. It was set up with the FLSA Code = Exempt.
The Overtime Premium element will also not process if there is not a Job assigned to the employee.
A Non-Exempt Job is required for the Overtime Premium element to process for an employee.
Payroll Run message shows the following:
- 'This Employee has a job that is not eligible for overtime.'
