Symptoms

In Manage Transactions or Manage Credits, user search for some transactions then when try to export those transactions to Excel, the session hangs for a while and then gives a Gateway timeout error.

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

STEPS
Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Manage Transactions or Manage Credits
Search Conditions:
    Process Status = Credit error
    From Date = On or after = 6/1/16
    To Date = On or before = 6/30/16
    Business Unit = IC BU
From the result output, select Export to Excel and get error.
