Customer Center : Create Task And Create Appointment Are Not Available In Simplified UI

On : version, Extensibility

We have created custom roles in application and have assigned them to a test user. All the functionality works as expected in Classic UI.
However, the buttons for creating a task & creating an appointment from the customer related information have disappeared in Simplified UI. Could you please help us fix the issue.

Create button should appear in the Simplified UI for the custom role like it appears for OOB Sales Rep.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom Role to restrict visbility of Salesreps to customer they are team members of and  are assigned their territories (see uploaded doc)
2. Test  these sales reps in Classic UI : salesrep can create  task , appointment , interactions and note when editing these customers
3. Test  these sales reps in Fuse Simple  UI : salesrep cannot  create  task , appointment , interactions and note when editing these customers  : Create button is missing
4. N Ote that standard salesreps can create  task , appointment , interactions and note in b th classic UI and Fuse simple UI

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create  task , appointment , interactions and note in Fuse UI with these roles they setup with APM to restrict visibility to sales team and territories
