Fusion Global HR: FYI Failed With Errors Notification When Hiring Employee With a Contact (Doc ID 1619873.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle - Hire

New Hire process is producing a notification with the following error. 
The Person Numbering Method is set to "Automatic on Final Save".
An Emergency Contact has been included in the new hire flow.

In the Worklist, notification for the hire process shows as "FYI:Failed with Errors: Add Employee (<name>, <date>)"

Recommended action in the notification reads:

"HRC-1035165 You must reinitiate the transaction"

STEPS

1. Login to Fusion Apps as HR Specialist
2. Navigator > New Person
3. Enter Person details.
4. Submit.
Check the notification.
