Unable To Update Profile Option Code Values Via Manage Customer Center Profile Options Task

When drilling into any profile option codes in Manage Customer Center Profile Options, the system takes the user to the Search page but doesn't populate the Search Results with the selected profile option code, which is preventing the user from updating the profile option code values.
1- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
2- Search for Manage Customer Center Profile Options task and go to the task
3- Click on any of the profile option codes
