Addition of Emergency Contact Details Don't Display When Using An Existing Person

When using the "Change Marital Status" flow to add a contact who is an existing employee, after going through approval process and going back to the employee record, the contact has not been saved and doesn't display on the personal relationship grid on the personal information tab of My Portrait

Expected Behaviour
When an existing employee is added as a contact, it should be saved after the approval process has been completed
