Schedule Export Process Failing For "PartyExpPVO" (Doc ID 1621262.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.7.0.0 version, Export

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
We are trying to get the export of Party records from Fusion. The export process is failing with the status "Error".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Export should work for Parties as it works Opportunities and  some other custom objects

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigator > Setup and Maintenace > Scheduled Export Processes > Create a New export process > select "Party" object for export > Activate.
2. Export failed with the status "Error"
3. No file is generated


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export parties

 New instance with a copy of Custom setups and setup import by using packages
