Enhancement Request - The Creator Field is Blank in the Error Notification (Doc ID 1623715.1)

Goal

A separate window is opened, and you will see all your transactions in the right side pane. Click on the ‘Administrative Tasks’ in the left side of window, then you can see all notifications in this window. Right now, if there is an error notification the Creator field is blank.  Expected to have Username should be displayed within CREATOR field.

Example Scenario:

  1. Navigator > Welcome dashboard, select View
  2. In the right side pane which is under ‘Workflow Notifications and Approvals’ block select Servers
  3. Click on ‘Human Capital Management’
