On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Extensibility
After upgrade from Release 5

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Application Composer, the Edit Formula Screen is "broken" after upgrading R5 to R7.unable to scroll down.
With Firefox and IE all versions

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application Composer, the Edit Formula Screen should be fully displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navogator > Apps Comooser > Customer Center (applications)
2. > Standard Object : Sales Account > Fields > Custom tab
3. > Create a new field with type Formula > The UI is "broken"
4. > Bottom zone to enter formula code is partially hidden and does n ot allow to enter code
