Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Manage Worker Performance

Issue Statement:
When the performance process flow entails the Share task for a performance document, the manager is able to submit the document for approval for an unlimited number of times. Each new request for approval shows up as a new item on the second level manager's worklist, and does not inactivate any of the previous approvals. If the second level manager goes into one of the old requests on the worklist, the system does not stop him from approving. However, the expected behavior is for the second level manager to be unable to approve any of the previous items on the worklist and only the latest one.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As a manager complete the performance document
2. Submit Performance Document for "Approval"; the button still says "Edit" instead of "View"
3. Manager Clicks on Edit again - and the Manager can edit document and resubmit the document infinite times.
4. When the approving manager approves, they are able to approve on the previous approval notices instead of the most recent one only. This logic needs to be changed.
