Employees should be able to update their Veteran Status via Employee Self Service.

The new government regulatory requirement states you have to allow the employee to do their election/acknowledgement regarding their Vet status.
This should be available as a self service transaction.

Currently this is not possible in ESS. The Vet fields should be exposed in the personal Information card in ESS.
