Symptoms

Fast formula is not evaluated correctly when life event is processed by Employee

When life event is processed by employee from Benefits Self Service, the fast formulas are not being evaluated correctly, which results in unexpected results.

Defined a dependent eligibility profile using dependent eligibility fast formula that allows eligibility of child based on the age of the child. When the life event is processed from Benefits Service Center as Benefits Administrator, the fast formula gets evaluated correctly, and the employee gets eligibility in Employee + Children option.

However, when an employee makes the elections from Benefits Self Service, the fast formula does not get evaluated correctly due to which the child is evaluated as ineligible, the employee does not then get eligibility in employee + children option.
