Accrual Leave Balance Report Not Showing Calender Leave Balance

User is trying to develop Accrual Leave Balance Report through "Oracle BI Publisher" for Organization's all employees. But they are not getting exact number of days for leaves using per_absence_attendances and per_abs_attendance_types_tl tables. As these tables does not have consider calendar days and Our organization holidays list.
For example if some body have applied leaves from 5-Feb-2014 to 20-Feb-2014 than (date_end - date_start) from per_absence_attendances will give output as 15 days but it should NOT consider Saturday and Sunday in its calculation. users have tried to calculate leaves using per_accrual_balances_v but that will also provide total leave balance as on Today. It does not consider future leaves.
User is trying to calculate leaves using per_accrual_balances_v, per_absence_attendances and per_abs_attendance_types_tl tables. Subtracting (date_end-date_start) from per_absence_attendances table does not give exact number of days for leave.
