Fusion Apps, OTBI, Custom Subject Area - Data/Graph Is Not Consistent

On : version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

Running analysis for custom objects does not show consistent data. After user updates data into UI record, the analysis refresh does not reflect those values change.

Expected to see changes in the report right away.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom subject area for custom object in Sales app
2. Build a report to retrieve real time data
3. Run the report and see data
4. Go to UI and modify the data
5. Refresh the report and see the data
Data is not refreshing in real time basis.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see consistent data in CSA
