ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When Absence Qualification Plan entitlement bands are defined based on derived factors, then Plan details are not getting calculated on submission of Absence request

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Plan details should used derived factors when set up correctly into the plan.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a derived factor for years of service.
2. Create an absence plan using the derived factor.
3. Enter an absence against the above absence plan.
4. Confirm the expected allotment is not being calculated.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot correctly file absences based on derived factors. This will delay Release 8 testing and upgrade plans.
