Unable To Publish A New Custom Subject Area

On : version, Application Sales

When attempting to publish a new custom subject area
the following error occurs.

Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: Child data store for custom relationship: oracle.apps.crmCommon.salesParties.salesPartiesService.view.link.SalesAccountVOExtToOrganizationDVO does not exist.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Application Composer > Select Application = Customer Center
2. Create a custom subject area with parent object : Sales Account and as child object a custom object which was defined in Sales Application (so a different one)
3. Submit and get status going to error after a while

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot publis their custom subject areas
