Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Termination life event is setup with Close Enrollment Period Date as 'When Processing Ends'.
Upon processing termination life event the event goes to started mode instead of processed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Based on the code, the event should be processed status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigator > Benefits > Enrollment > Process Life Event > Evaluate life events
