Fusion Global Payroll: After QuickPay Errors Are Rectified The User Is Able To Click On Submit Within The QuickPay Again Causing An Application Error (Doc ID 1635172.1)

Symptoms

When a QuickPay ends with errors and the cause of the errors are rectified, the user can access the existing QuickPay from the check list and click on Submit Process again which generates the following error:
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 51, Server Domain, Server Instance: PayrollServer_1, Application Name: HcmPayrollApp.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a QuickPay that ends in error
2. Correct the cause of the error
3. Navigate to the Payroll Checklist work area and search for the existing QuickPay
4. Select the QuickPay
5. Click Go to Task for the Calculate QuickPay task
6. Click on Submit Process
