Unable To Use CMP_IV_COMPONENT_ID Input Variable in Compensation Default and Override FF (Doc ID 1637161.1)

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Formula Execution

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to run Refresh Workforce Compensation Data the Compensation Default and Override FF is not passing the CMP_IV_COMPONENT_ID value

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect FF to fetch the CMP_IV_COMPONENT_ID value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Created Fast Formula with the following input variables,

CMP_IV_PLAN_ID
CMP_IV_PERIOD_ID
CMP_IV_COMPONENT_ID

2) Using this fast formula for defaulting the columns on Plan Worksheet. (Formula Type : Compensation Default and Override)

3) Ran the Refresh Process (Refresh Workforce Compensation Data) for the plan.

4) CMP_IV_COMPONENT_ID is not sending the Component ID to FF
