Errors On Profile History Tab on Edit Account Page (Doc ID 1637515.1)

When attempting to go to the Profile History Tab on Edit Account Page, the following error occurs.

javax.el.EL.Exception: java.lang.NullpointerException
ADF_FACES-60097: For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with:
ADF_FACE-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #18

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigator > Receivables > Billing > Manage Customers > Query Account Number > Open the Account > Select the Profile History tab

The error occurs when selecting the Profile History tab.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the Customer Profile Class on Customers. So, none the information for Credit, Collections, etc can be updated
