On Oracle Fusion, version, Manage Lockboxes search does not retrieve lockbox created for a lockbox set

Able to retrieve lockbox values

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Navigator > Setup And Maintenance
2. Go to All Tasks
3. Search by Manage Lockbox
4. Choose Lockbox Set
5. Search
 ... Nothing was retrieved
