Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis-Prepare Financial Reports

When attempting to open the FR Studio
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Run-time error '429':
ActiveX Component can't create object

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open FRS
