Manage Person - Please Provide Search on Preferred Name.

'Manage Person' you can't search a person by preferred name. If you click on 'Advanced' and click on 'Add Fields' , you can see various fields available for search , but even 'preferred name' doesn't exists. Customer would like to have search based on Preferred Name
