Manager unable to edit Performance Document in Set Goals task even after employee shares the PD (Doc ID 1638788.1)

Symptoms

 

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Manage Worker Performance

After the worker sets the goals and shares the Performance Document (PD), the Manager is unable to edit the performance document to add/ modify the goals.

The expectation is that the Manager should be able to edit the performance document once the worker shares the document after setting the goals.  Due to this issue,
the line manager is unable to edit the performance document, even though the worker has shared the PD

 

Steps To Reproduce
1. Worker sets the goals and clicks the share button to share the PD with line manager
2. Line Manager accesses the PD, but is unable to edit the performance document to add/ modify the goals
