Emergency contact mentioned while hiring the employee are not retained during edit transactions: (Doc ID 1639405.1)

While hiring an employee when contact type was not entered in the emergency contact section then contact details were missing after resuming the transaction


Steps to replicate:

1. Navigate new hire enter basic details in first page
2. Enter complete emergency contact details in second page, do not select 'Contact Type', just enter Last Name, click save and close.
3. Resume transaction , navigate to second page user should be able to see emergency contact details. –> But Emergency Contact Details - Last Name are not displayed
