A new user (who hasn't navigated to Reports and Analytics before) performs the following steps:
1) Log into Fusion Apps
2) Go to Navigator> Reports and Analytics.
3) Click on the Browse Catalog icon .
4) Click on the OBIEE session that was opened. Click on the My Dashboard edit url.
the following error is generated:
