Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook sync fails with error JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key (Doc ID 1641087.1)

On : version, Synchronization (3.04.30

When attempting to synchronize with Oracle Sales Cloud after updating an Opportunity, the following error occurs.

An error occurred in the synchronization service when the method Update was invoked on the base service opportunity.
Caused by: oracle.jbo.service.errors.ServiceException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300000081913220 300000050379577 ].

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update an existing Opportunity
2. Sync with Oracle Sales Cloud

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users encounter a sync error after updating an Opportunity
