On : version, Set Up Workforce Deployment - HCM Extract

HCM Extract for Extracting from user defined tables (UDT) is completing with error.

ORA-00904: "R"."DATA_TYPE": invalid identifier
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 1250
ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_REPORT_GENERIC", line 589
ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_REPORT_GENERIC", line 1735
ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_REPORT_PROCESS", line 1430
ORA-06512: at line 1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as to Fusion Apps as User with HR App Admin responsibility.
2. Navigate Data Exchange > Manage HCM Extract Definitions
3. Create Extract based on User Defined Tables.
4. Run the extract.
Process fails.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Extract data based on User Defined Tables.
