Search Options Missing From Main Page Header in Release 7 (Doc ID 1643266.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrade to Release 7, the Search Options on the main Welcome screen that were available on all the Release 5 screens are missing.

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Search fields to still be available after the upgrade.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Release 5 instance
2. On the main screen, in the upper right hand corner to the right of the Workflow notifications icon, observe 2 fields available with a label = 'Search"

3. Login to the Release 7 instance.
4. In the same location, observe no fields.

Due to this issue, users cannot institute Search from these screens on Release 7.
