On : 11.1.4.0.0 version, Manage Cost Accounting-Record Cost Accounting
Create Cost Accounting Distributions ends in fatal error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Cost Accounting.
2. Run Create Cost Accounting Distributions for run control 'RRF-M2 Costing
Flow'.
3. See process end in error.
