Unable to Post or Edit Journal Batches with More than 500 Journal Headers: Too many matching records found (Doc ID 1644675.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open  journal batch and perform posting the following error occurs.

''Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records.''

 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Create a journal via ADFdi Journal spreadsheet - Multiple Journal tab; each line has a different journal header name.
2. The journal import goes through successfully
3. Go to Edit Journal UI and see the error message.
