Fusion CST: Manage Cost Organizations in Cost Management SLA Task list

From release 18.104.22.168.0, the existing Define Cost Management 'Go To Task” task list has been removed, therefore you cannot associate to any cost organization anymore. Instead, you need to access the Select Scope UI by clicking on the 'Go To Task' icon in that task's row and run it from there.
This note details how to create and manage cost organizations in Functional Setup Manager (FSM) using Manage Accounting Methods task list.
