FUSE: Incorrect Filtering In MyTeam View

When filtering by grade in the MyTeam view of the Simplified User Interface, the results shown are not always correct.

My Team should correctly update changes to the grade filter in real time

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log into FUSE as a Line Manager whose direct reports span different grades.
2. Access the MyTeam tab.
3. Change the filter to only allow a specific grade.
4. Clear the filter.
5. Assign a different grade to the filter.
6. Confirm both previously assigned grades are present despite the first not being assigned to the current filter.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reliably trust the FUSE my team page. While it's mainly a cosmetic issue, it will slow down Release 8 testing and possibly affect upgrade milestone dates.
