On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Formula-based absences are accruing at half their expected value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Absence duration should reflect what's given in the formula

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a formula to calculate an absence in hours (8.5 hours per workday).
2. Create an absence type which uses the formula
3. Enter a two-day absence.
4. Confirm the absence calculation only gives one's day worth of hours (actual 8.5, expected: 17).

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete person/absence configuration. This will halt system integration testing.
