The Project Balances region is disabled for an absence type.
However, when logged in as an employee in FUSE, the region still shows up against the particular absence type.
The Remaining Balance region with the calculator icon remains visible.
Expected behavior is for the Remaining Balance region with the calculator icon not be be enabled for this absence type.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Defined absence type Course/Seminar which is not linked to any accrual plan.
2. In the absence type definition, balance enforcement rule is disabled in the Projected Balances display feature region usage.
3. In FUSE UI create an absence entry for the absence type Course/Seminar.
4. Here you will see the Remaining Balance region with the calculator icon remains visible.
