Users want to know if Compensation module license is needed in PeopleSoft to use Variable Compensation (VC) plan.
They are using Fusion Compensation for Compensation and Fusion back feeds the compensation data(Bonus) to PeopleSoft.
Integrating_HCM_9.1_with_Fusion_Talent_and_Workforce_Compensation document mentions that :
"The inbound process loads bonus data into the PS_VC_AWARD table. To pay out these bonuses, however, there must define an ad-hoc Variable Compensation plan in PeopleSoft 9.1 Variable Compensation and set up an integration between PeopleSoft 9.1 Variable Compensation and PeopleSoft payroll application (PeopleSoft Payroll for North America or PeopleSoft Global Payroll)"
Is it possible to create ad-hoc Variable Compensation plan for inbound data purposes?
If license is required, how is it possible to receive Fusion bonus data using delivered backfeed?
