Symptoms

Issue Clarification:

Option Restrictions is not evaluated when Fast Formula is used.

Fast formula is not evaluated at all.



STEPS
-----------------------
1. HMO Plan Options order
2. Option Restrictions for HMO Plan.
Sequence Number Limit Formula is as follows :
L_MN_CVG_RQD_MLT_NUM = 15
L_MX_CVG_ALWD_MLT_NUM = 20
L_MX_CVG_MLT_INCR_NUM = 0
L_MX_CVG_WCFN_MLT_NUM = 40
L_MX_CVG_MLT_INCR_WCF_NUM = 40
 
Return L_MN_CVG_RQD_MLT_NUM, L_MX_CVG_ALWD_MLT_NUM, L_MX_CVG_MLT_INCR_NUM,L_MX_CVG_WCFN_MLT_NUM, L_MX_CVG_MLT_INCR_WCF_NUM


3. Process New Hire LE on the employee as of 11/27/2013 and enroll into "HMO Plan - Employee Only".
Coverage/Rate start and end dates are "First of Next Month"/"End of Month"
4. Process Marriage LE on the employee as of 12/31/2013 and change election to "HMO - Employee + Spouse".
Coverage/Rate start and end dates are "First of Next Month"/"End of Month"
Above indicates that certification is not required and enrollment is not suspended.
5. Changed "Option Restrictions" for the plan(like in step 2,removed Fast formula and setup values)
6. Back-out and reprocessed "Marriage" LE.Elected into "HMO Plan - Employee + Spouse". Enrollment is suspended and certification is required.

Fast formula is not evaluated at all.
