Customer Name In Fusion Sales Appointment Not Getting Populated After Outlook Sync

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Outlook, when a Sales Rep receives an invitation from a customer contact, and the Sales Rep accepts the appointment. Upon doing an up sync and checking the Fusion application UI the appointment is without a customer name.
Expect the appointment to sync with an customer name.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a customer and associated contact in Fusion application UI and Outlook.
2. Send Invit from Contact to Sales Rep
3. Sales rep accepts
4. do a sync
5. check Fusion Application for appointment - check if customer name comes across
