When creating a goal under Goal Details page we are able to see 2 Priority drop downs. Is this a correct behavior?
1. Go to Careers> Goals> My Goals
2. Under Goal Details, it displays two Priority fields
User is using Goal Plan "All Employee Goal Plan"
