Goal
When a value of a segment in the accounting flexfield is disabled, users can still can enter journals with existing combinations that have the disabled segment value and the journals can be posted.
Steps to reproduce:
- Disable a cost center (for which you already have balances and a code combination)
- Create a new journal and enter header information
- When entering account information, search for a code string that holds the cost center
- Select that code combination to create the journal
- Post the journal.
