Email Treatment Does Not Create Interaction

On : version, Execute Campaigns

When using a treatment in a marketing campaign that is set to Create Interaction (Enter Channel Details). The email has been sent, but no interaction is created for it.

Some interactions should be created for contact in related audience


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator\Treatments\Create
2. Enter treament details (channel: E-mail and set Active flag)
3. Use default supplier name (Oracle Fusion Email and Web Marketing) and delivery profile ID (E-mail Profile) and note that create interaction is also set by default
4. Define email content

5. Navigator\Campaigns\Create multistage campaign
6. Create from blank campaign
7. Design\Create stage
8. Select audience for example by creating a simple list
9. Select treatment created at steps 1-4
10. Allocate treatment to audience
11. Activate campaign

Check that email is sent to person(s) on list, and notice that no interactions are created for the contact(s).

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get interaction generated by campaigns with treatments assigned
even if email are sent
